Reviews and Ratings
This hotel was a delightful step back into history with welcoming and friendly service that made my stay truly memorable. The Victorian era bedroom, furnished with unique antiques, was a cozy retreat within the beautiful granite castle. Although the dining experience could have offered more variety, the gluten-free options were greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings, and the beautiful Lochnell Room provided modern comforts in a historic setting.
Staying at the castle hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were filled with traditional decor, large fireplaces, comfy leather chairs, and had a super overhead rain shower which exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable. The location, like stepping back in time, was great for relaxing and exploring hidden passages, while the dining experience was amazing with a wide range of options and attentive service.
